Talk to a human about a compound or an order.

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches the people who actually pack the orders. Support runs Mon–Sat, 09:00–21:00 AEST, and replies usually land in under 12 hours.

Where to write

Three addresses, so your message skips a forwarding step. If you are unsure, use support — it is read first and re-routed internally.

Compound questions, certificate and batch requests, storage and reconstitution, anything you are unsure about before ordering.
An existing order: payment confirmation, tracking that has stopped moving, a parcel that arrived damaged or not as described.
Access to the data we hold about you, corrections, or deletion requests.

How to get a faster answer

Most delays are a round trip spent asking for something you could have included. If it applies, put it in the first message:

  • The order number — anything about an existing order moves faster with it than with a description of the parcel.
  • The compound and vial size — several compounds are stocked in more than one size, and the answer often differs between them.
  • The batch code from the vial label — certificates are tied to a specific lot, so the batch code is what lets us send the right report rather than a general one.
  • A photo — for anything about the physical condition of a parcel or vial, a photo settles in one message what description takes three.

Possibly answered already

These come up most often, and the pages below go into more depth than an email reply usefully can.

  • Certificates — the CoA library holds the reports we publish, each with its testing laboratory, batch number and test date.
  • Ordering, payment and dispatchhow to order covers PayID, bank transfer and crypto, and what happens after payment clears.
  • Delivery times to your statebuy peptides Australia breaks transit down by capital city and region.
  • Reconstitution maths — the calculator works out concentrations without an email round trip.
  • Refunds, re-ships and lost parcelsrefunds & returns sets out what we do when a parcel is lost in transit or arrives not as described.
  • Australian regulatory positionpeptide regulations in Australia covers the TGA framework and what research-use-only supply means.

What we can't help with

Being straight about this saves you writing an email that we are not able to answer.

TXLABS supplies materials for laboratory research use only. Our products are not medicines, and they are not for human or veterinary use. We cannot advise on dosing for a person, suggest a protocol, interpret symptoms, or comment on whether a compound is suitable for anybody — not as caution, but because doing so would be both outside what we are and unlawful for us. Questions of that kind belong with a qualified Australian medical practitioner.

What we can do is tell you exactly what a vial contains, what documentation exists for that lot, how to store and reconstitute it, and when it will arrive.

Company and policy detail sits on the Resources page; background on how we operate is on About TXLABS.
