Quality standards, logistics, payment, and the terms that govern every TXLABS order.
TXLABS supplies pharmaceutical-grade peptides and reference materials to laboratories, universities, and independent researchers. We exist for one reason: to remove the guesswork from sourcing research compounds. Every reference in our catalog is selected for identity, purity, and lot-to-lot consistency — then documented so you can trust what's in the vial.
We operate as a precision-first supplier. That means controlled synthesis lines, analytical QC on every batch, inert lyophilization, and cold-aware logistics. No anonymous reselling, no mystery powder. Just traceable material backed by data.
Each production lot is characterized before release. Our standard analytical package covers identity, purity, and quantity so you know exactly what you're working with.
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every catalog number. Request one before purchase to evaluate a specific lot, or with your order for your records. Email the catalog number to support@txlabs.bio.
We ship within Australia only via Australia Post, dispatched within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation in plain, unbranded packaging. Every parcel is tracked.
See How to order for the full flow. On arrival, store lyophilized material at -20°C, desiccated and protected from light.
Checkout is card-free. No payment data is stored on this site — you receive a tax invoice by email immediately after placing your order.
After you place an order you'll receive an invoice by email, then a payment-received email and a shipping confirmation with tracking. Full steps on the How to order page.
For Research Use Only (RUO). All materials supplied by TXLABS are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not for human or veterinary use or consumption, and are not approved as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices by any regulatory authority.
By completing checkout you agree to these terms. TXLABS accepts no liability for misuse. Local laws vary — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify legality before ordering.

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from TXLABS ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order.
All products are supplied strictly as research reference materials for in vitro laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices, are not for human or veterinary use, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal claim is made or should be inferred. Product descriptions, specifications, and any educational content are provided for research reference and do not constitute medical, veterinary, or dosing advice.
By ordering you warrant that you are 18 years or older, are acquiring materials for lawful research purposes, and are permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
We accept PayID, bank deposit, and Bitcoin/Lightning. No card data is collected or stored on this site. Crypto payments are settled through a third-party processor and are final once confirmed on the network. Goods are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
We ship within Australia only via Australia Post. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch; title passes on receipt of cleared payment.
You must not use, resell, re-label, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any unlawful purpose. You assume full responsibility for compliant, safe handling, storage, and disposal under appropriate laboratory controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, TXLABS is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse of the products or from any use other than the stated research-use purpose. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which TXLABS operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force when you order applies.

No card or bank credentials are entered on or stored by this site — payments happen through your own bank (PayID/deposit) or a third-party crypto processor.
To process and dispatch orders, send order and shipping emails, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Only service providers needed to run the store — for example Australia Post (delivery), our email provider (order emails), our hosting/database provider, and our crypto payment processor — each acting on our instructions.

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items for safety and integrity reasons. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact orders@txlabs.bio within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
Every order ships with Australia Post tracking. If tracking shows no progress or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post and make it right.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sealed research materials. Please order carefully and use the reconstitution calculator and CoAs to confirm your requirements first.
Approved refunds are returned by the original method where possible. For crypto orders, refunds are issued as the AUD-equivalent by bank transfer or as store credit, since on-chain payments are final.
