Peptide FAQs, shipping and compliance.

Quality standards, logistics, payment, and the terms that govern every TXLABS order.

About TXLABS

TXLABS supplies pharmaceutical-grade peptides and reference materials to laboratories, universities, and independent researchers. We exist for one reason: to remove the guesswork from sourcing research compounds. Every reference in our catalog is selected for identity, purity, and lot-to-lot consistency — then documented so you can trust what's in the vial.

We operate as a precision-first supplier. That means controlled synthesis lines, analytical QC on every batch, inert lyophilization, and cold-aware logistics. No anonymous reselling, no mystery powder. Just traceable material backed by data.

The numbers

  • 102 reference compounds across 8 research domains (9 in stock)
  • ≥98% HPLC purity standard (most lots exceed 99%)
  • 24–72h typical dispatch after payment confirmation
  • Australia-wide tracked shipping with re-ship guarantee

Quality & testing

Each production lot is characterized before release. Our standard analytical package covers identity, purity, and quantity so you know exactly what you're working with.

What we test

  • Reverse-phase HPLC — purity by area %, against a ≥98% release threshold.
  • Mass spectrometry (LC-MS) — molecular-weight confirmation of identity.
  • Net peptide content — actual peptide mass vs. salts/water, so analytical quantification in research is accurate.
  • Endotoxin & appearance — visual and bioburden checks on reconstitution-ready material.

Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every catalog number. Request one before purchase to evaluate a specific lot, or with your order for your records. Email the catalog number to support@txlabs.bio.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post, dispatched within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation in plain, unbranded packaging. Every parcel is tracked.

  • Australia Post Road — $10. Standard tracked, 3–7 business days.
  • Australia Post Express — $20. Priority tracked, 1–3 business days.
  • Free Express shipping on orders over $600.
  • Australia-wide only — worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

See How to order for the full flow. On arrival, store lyophilized material at -20°C, desiccated and protected from light.

FAQ

Are these products for human use? +
No. All TXLABS products are sold strictly as research reference materials for laboratory use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
How do I read a catalog number? +
Each specification has a unique Cat. No. (e.g. RT10). It encodes the compound and size. Quote it in any CoA or support request for the fastest response.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis before I buy? +
Yes. Email the catalog number to support@txlabs.bio and we'll send the current lot's CoA.
How should I store the peptides? +
Lyophilized powder is stable for months at -20°C, desiccated and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the validated window for your protocol.
What is your minimum order? +
There is no strict minimum, though orders over $600 receive free Express shipping (Australia-wide). Bulk and repeat-order pricing is available — contact us.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? +
Yes. For lab-scale or distributor volumes, email support@txlabs.bio with the catalog numbers and quantities for a quote.
What happens after I place an order? +
You'll get an order reference on-screen and a tax invoice by email immediately, with PayID payment and shipping details. We dispatch 24–72h after payment is confirmed.
Are research peptides legal in Australia? +
Peptides supplied strictly for laboratory research use only — with no therapeutic claims and not for human or veterinary use — are treated differently from therapeutic goods under the TGA framework. Some peptides are scheduled substances and classification can change, so this is general information only, not legal advice; confirm your own obligations against current TGA guidance.
Do you ship to all Australian states? +
Yes. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post to every state and territory — Road ($10) or Express ($20), with free Express on orders over $600. We do not ship internationally.
How does PayID payment work? +
After checkout you receive a tax invoice with PayID (Osko) details. Pay by instant bank transfer to payment@txlabs.bio, or by bank deposit to BSB 306-511 / account 0542059, using your order reference. We dispatch once payment clears.
What purity standard do you test to? +
Every compound is supplied at ≥98% HPLC purity and is batch-traceable, with third-party Certificates of Analysis (Janoshik) confirming purity by reversed-phase HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry.

Terms & conditions

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from TXLABS ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order.

1. Products & research-use restriction

All products are supplied strictly as research reference materials for in vitro laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices, are not for human or veterinary use, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal claim is made or should be inferred. Product descriptions, specifications, and any educational content are provided for research reference and do not constitute medical, veterinary, or dosing advice.

2. Eligibility

By ordering you warrant that you are 18 years or older, are acquiring materials for lawful research purposes, and are permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders, pricing & stock

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send your invoice. Stock is reserved for 72 hours pending payment and is released if payment is not received.
  • We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of anything paid.

4. Payment

We accept PayID, bank deposit, and Bitcoin/Lightning. No card data is collected or stored on this site. Crypto payments are settled through a third-party processor and are final once confirmed on the network. Goods are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & title

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch; title passes on receipt of cleared payment.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use, resell, re-label, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any unlawful purpose. You assume full responsibility for compliant, safe handling, storage, and disposal under appropriate laboratory controls.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, TXLABS is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse of the products or from any use other than the stated research-use purpose. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which TXLABS operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force when you order applies.

Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and support you, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Order & delivery details — name, delivery address, email, and phone number.
  • Account details (if you register) — email, name, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
  • Usage & cookies — we use Google Analytics and Ahrefs, which set cookies and may process aggregated usage data (including on servers outside Australia) to measure how the site is used. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we do not collect

No card or bank credentials are entered on or stored by this site — payments happen through your own bank (PayID/deposit) or a third-party crypto processor.

How we use it

To process and dispatch orders, send order and shipping emails, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the store — for example Australia Post (delivery), our email provider (order emails), our hosting/database provider, and our crypto payment processor — each acting on our instructions.

Retention, security & your rights

We keep order records as required for tax and business purposes and apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@txlabs.bio.

Refunds & returns

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items for safety and integrity reasons. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact orders@txlabs.bio within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Lost or non-delivered parcels

Every order ships with Australia Post tracking. If tracking shows no progress or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post and make it right.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sealed research materials. Please order carefully and use the reconstitution calculator and CoAs to confirm your requirements first.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned by the original method where possible. For crypto orders, refunds are issued as the AUD-equivalent by bank transfer or as store credit, since on-chain payments are final.
